ATIMS Jail Management System and Webmug
The ATIMS Jail Management System (ATIMS-JMS), which also houses Webmug, is a comprehensive platform to manage all aspects of inmate intake, housing, movement, classification, release, and records. It provides authorized agencies with real-time access to inmate information, booking details, charges, court statuses, and holds. ATIMS-JMS supports efficient custody operations and enhances interagency coordination for jail-related processes.
Hexagon Records Management System (RMS) and Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) System
In partnership between Washoe County, City of Reno, City of Sparks, and REMSA Health, the Hexagon Records Management System (RMS) and Computer Aided-Dispatch (CAD) System will enhance coordination among law enforcement, fire services, and emergency medical services across the region. Together, these systems provide real-time dispatching, unit tracking, and secure record management, improving communication, data sharing, and response efficiency across jurisdictions. Regional implementation is anticipated in Spring 2026, at which time related forms, policies, procedures, and user guidelines will be published on this page. Check back for updates.
