The father of the victim in an ongoing homicide investigation has told investigators with the Washoe County Sheriff's Office that he is willing to add to the reward for information to help identify a suspect.

Michael Partridge Jr. was found deceased inside a residence on Lupin Drive in Sun Valley on the afternoon of Friday, September 29, 2017. The Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that Partridge was the victim of a shooting.

This week, the victim's father, Michael Partridge Sr., informed detectives that he would offer $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a suspect. The father's reward is in addition, and separate, from a $2,500 Secret Witness reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect or suspects in this investigation.

Detectives say that Partridge lived in Las Vegas prior to moving to northern Nevada and still has connections to the area. They are asking to hear from anyone in the Las Vegas area who may have information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, that could help the investigation.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detective Division at (775) 328-3320 or Secret Witness at (775) 322-4900, www.secretwitness.com, or text your information to 847411 (TIP 411) Keyword - SW.
