On May 13th, 2023, between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, a battery occurred in front of Taco Jalisco Cantina & Grill located at 9105 Lemmon Drive.
Witnesses have told Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Detectives that a Spanish-speaking male in his 40s approached the entrance of Taco Jalisco and attacked two males as they exited the business.
