Sheriff's Office Detectives arrest three on charges related to kidnapping and armed robbery in Lemmon Valley

Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detectives arrested two men and one woman yesterday afternoon on charges related to the armed robbery of a vehicle at gunpoint in Lemmon Valley early on the morning of May 8, 2015.

After an extensive investigation assisted by the Livermore Police Department and Secret Witness, Detectives identified and located the three suspects at an apartment complex near the area of Yori Avenue and East Grove Street in Reno.

Holly Anne Feflie, Christopher Mangas and Justin D Taylor were taken into custody without incident just after noon on Wednesday, June 24, 2015. All three were transported to the Washoe County Detention Facility where they were charged with First Degree Kidnapping and Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.

Washoe County Sheriff's Office ATAC Detectives, Patrol Deputies and K-9 Units assisted Detectives with the arrest along with members of the U.S. Marshals' local Fugitive Investigative Strike Team.

The initial incident occurred at approximately 5:00 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2015 near the east end of Lemmon Drive. According to Detectives, the suspects were riding in a vehicle with the victim when they used a gun to steal the vehicle along with the victim's wallet and cellphone.
