ATF APPLICATIONS TO "MAKE & REGISTER" OR "TRANSFER OF A FIREARM" 

Forms are provided by the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) and MUST be 2-sided.

• There is a $20.00 service charge for fingerprinting.
• Firearms transfer service charge is $25.00 for up to five transfers per visit.

DO NOT BRING YOUR GUNS INTO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
