CRIMINAL HISTORY REQUESTS FOR YOURSELF:

Complete a Criminal History Request Form.  Your request may take up to 10 days completion.

  • The process service charge is $10.00.
  • Every arrest on record for the last 10 years, whether it was a Washoe County Sheriff's Office arrest or not will be provided.
  • A disposition on all WCSO arrests will be provided. If disposition is unknown, we will state "disposition unknown, contact the court".  It is your responsibility to contact the court of jurisdiction for that information.  WE WILL NOT CONTACT THE COURT FOR YOU.

CRIMINAL HISTORY REQUESTS FOR OTHER PERSONS:

Washoe County Sheriff's Office will provide conviction information only in accordance with NRS 179A.

  • It is your responsibility to contact Reno Police Department, Sparks Police Departments and the Nevada Highway Patrol to ensure you are receiving a complete criminal history in Washoe County.
