Be a part of the fight to end cancer by joining local peace officers and firefighters for this year's Guns and Hoses Benefit Golf Tournament

For three years local peace officers and firefighters have competed against each other to raise tens of thousands of dollars for the Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation through the Guns and Hoses Benefit Golf Tournament. This year, you are invited to be part of the competition.

The Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District and the Washoe County Sheriff's Office invite the public to enter this year's tournament scheduled for Monday, April 25, at the LakeRidge Golf Course.

The tournament is a four-person best ball scramble and is open to all golfers who want to join our public safety personnel in an enjoyable day of giving back to the community. You make the choice of which team you want to play for.

Tournament registration is $125. This includes golf, cart and lunch. For more information, contact (775) 328-3012.

The Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation's vision is to reach every family affected by childhood cancer in the Northern Nevada and Eastern Sierra regions.
