At approximately 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2015, the Patrol Deputy was completing an area check when he observed a white male adult, later identified as Matthew Foster, age 45 of Kings Beach, spray painting a vehicle in the parking lot.

Foster was arrested for felony charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, tampering with a motor vehicle, and grand larceny of a motor vehicle. He is currently in custody at the Washoe County Detention Facility.
