Public invited to join Washoe County Sheriff's Office and the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District for this year's Guns and Hoses Golf Tournament

The Washoe County Sheriff's Office and Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District have raised tens of thousands of dollars for the Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation over the past two years through their annual Guns and Hoses Golf Tournament.

This year, the Fire District and Sheriff's Office are inviting the public to join them.

The tournament will be held on Monday, May 4, at the LakeRidge Golf Course and open to all golfers who want to join our County's public safety personnel in effort to give back to the community.

Tournament registration is $100. This includes golf, cart and lunch.

The tournament is also offering one Platinum Sponsorship for any golfer interest in making a generous donation to the Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation. This $5,000 sponsorship includes a special Sheriff's Office golf cart chauffeured by none other than Sheriff Chuck Allen. For more information, contact (775) 328-3012.
