The Washoe County Sheriff's Office Records Section will be closed to the public on Monday, April 13 and Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in order to complete a required software upgrade for their case management system.
The Records Section will open to the public again at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15.
Services that will be affected include:
- Work Permits
- CCW Permits
- Fingerprinting
- Public Records Requests
- Criminal History Requests
- Case Information Requests
- Detention Facility Booking Information
- Sex Offender and Felon Registrations
- Embassy Letters
Online information about inmates housed in the Washoe County Detention Facility from WashoeSheriff.com and the Washoe County Sheriff's Office App will also be unavailable beginning Sunday, April 12, through Tuesday, April 14. Persons needing information about inmates during this time period are asked to contact the Records Section by telephone at: (775) 328-3030.
