Sheriff's Detectives arrest Washoe County man on charges of Sexual Assault and Lewdness with a Child under the Age of 14 |

Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detectives arrested Douglas Allen Hanks, age 62 of Washoe County, on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 on one count of Sexual Assault with a Child Under 14 and one count of Lewdness with a Child Under 14.
Hanks was also charged with one count each of Open and Gross Lewdness and Indecent/Obscene Exposure.
The charges are related to incidents that involved one female victim, and occurred between January and February of 2015 at an undisclosed residence in Washoe County. The victim was known to the suspect.
Hanks is currently being held in the Washoe County Detention Facility without bail.
