The Washoe County Sheriff's Office reports that the suspect in Thursday night's shooting on Janere Court in Spanish Springs is in custody.
Brandon Moore-Montgomery surrendered to authorities at the Washoe County Detention Facility shortly before 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2014. Moore-Montgomery will be booked on charges of Attempted Murder and Use of a Deadly Weapon for the shooting which occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. on June 12. One male adult victim was transported to a local hospital.
