Washoe County Sheriff's Office searching for missing 10-year-old in Sun Valley

The Washoe County Sheriff's Office is currently searching for a missing 10-year-old boy in area of Lois Allen Elementary School in Sun Valley.

The boy was last seen in the area of Slope Drive south of Gepford Parkway at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2014. He is identified as Austin Schnobrich.

The boy is described as 4 feet 6 inches tall with heavy build and dark blonde hair. He was last seen wearing black sweat pants and a gray shirt that has a stick figure playing with video games and the word "Caution" on it. He was also wearing silver glasses that look like sports goggles.

Anyone who has seen this boy, or has information about his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Washoe County Sheriff's Office immediately at (775) 785-WCSO (9276) or 911.
