The Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detective Division arrested Charles Burke Wholey, age 24, of Reno on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 on a felony count of Child Abuse Causing Substantial Bodily Harm for an incident in which the victim was the suspect's infant son.
The victim was brought to a local emergency room on Tuesday, December 17. Detectives were called to investigate and the investigation has led to the arrest of Wholey.
