The Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detective Division arrested Thomas Herndon, age 30, of Sun Valley on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 on six counts of Sexual Assault against a Child Under 14 and five counts of Lewdness with a Child Under 14.
These assaults involved two female victims, both known to the suspect, and occurred over a period of several years at undisclosed residences in Sun Valley and south Reno.
This is still an ongoing investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact the Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detective Division at (775) 328-3320 or Secret Witness at (775) 322-4900.
