The Washoe County Sheriff's Office is currently holding a recruitment drive for Deputy Sheriff Recruit and Lateral POST certified Deputy Sheriff applicants.
This drive is a great opportunity for men and women who are looking to pursue a career in law enforcement. Qualified applicants will enter a regional law enforcement academy scheduled to begin in January of 2014. Recruits will receive pay while attending the academy.
The application deadline for this recruitment is Friday, July 19, 2013.
Applicants must be at least 21-years-old, a United States citizen, and have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
The Washoe County Sheriff's Office is committed to providing the highest quality police service and protection to our residents and visitors of Washoe County.
