IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• You have been sentenced to participate in the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office House Arrest Program as opposed to the secure custody of the Detention Facility.

• You must contact the House Arrest Office within 72 hours of being sentenced to schedule an appointment. 

• The court will usually give you a report by date or a completion date on your paperwork.  Regardless of that date, the above instructions still apply and must be followed so we have the appropriate paperwork.  Failing to comply with above will result in immediate notification to the appropriate court involved.

• Participants who have been convicted of more than one DUI are required to obtain the VICAP system.
