  • $860.00 as partial tuition for sending a Deputy to tactical training in forced entries so that that individual can return to the Regional Public Safety Training center and impart that training to our staff at a greatly reduced cost. In this regard, over the past few years we have increasingly contacted national and regional training programs and – instead of send one or just a few deputies to these national or regional conferences – negotiated a program whereby the courses are offered here at the Regional Training Center at a cost that allows us to train many deputies at the same cost that it would require to send one deputy to such far away site and allows the funds expended by the trainers and the attending participates from throughout the country to enrich the local economy.
